Please note that these bags are slightly different from the complimentary ones. They are fluffy and not recommended for storing toys.

We offer color customization options for almost all models. Except for some products, it is not possible to customize a certain color type due to the construction and characteristics.

In general, the options for color customization include 7 customization types. Below are the customization types and their effects respectively (taking Fenrir as the example).

The style is relatively simple, and the solid color shows the texture details of the product more clearly.

The two colors are distributed on the shaft and the base, transitioning of stripe split to better set off the product's form factor.

The fade effect of the two colors gives the product a better visual effect and enriches its appearance and storytelling.

Like a marble-like 2 colors mix, irregular block colors collide to produce a different spark.

 


Order Cancellation

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Customers must contact us within 2 calendar days of order placement to request cancellation or modification.

  • Not yet produced: Full refund issued.
  • Produced but not shipped: Cancellation permitted with a 50% fee of the order total; 50% refund issued.
  • Shipped: Cancellation and refund not permitted.

Cancellation requests must include the order number and be sent to help@swisok.com.

 

Returns and Refunds

To protect customer health, privacy, and product integrity, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are provided only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival and significantly impairs functionality.

  • Eligible: Full refund or free replacement if reported with clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Not eligible: Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., color variance, size deviation ≤1 cm), or any product that has left our warehouse (considered “used,” regardless of packaging condition).

All claims require retention of original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

 

Shipping and Delivery Issues

We fulfill our obligation once the package is transferred to the carrier.

  • Package lost in transit: Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number. We supply tracking documentation only.
  • Incorrect delivery address: Customers are responsible for ensuring address accuracy at checkout. In-transit address changes must be coordinated with the carrier. No refund will be issued for misdelivery.

We assume no liability for carrier delays, loss, or misdelivery, and no refunds will be granted under these circumstances.

 

Size Discrepancies

All measurements are taken manually and may vary by ±1–2 cm, particularly along the longitudinal axis, due to manufacturing processes. Such variances are within normal tolerance and do not constitute grounds for refund.

Customers requiring precise dimensions are encouraged to contact support for verified measurements prior to purchase.

 

After-Sales Service

Quality defects occurring under normal use (e.g., breakage, functional failure) are covered only if reported within 7 calendar days of receipt.

  • Required evidence: Unboxing video and detailed photos of the defect.
  • Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, modification, or accident; claims submitted after 7 days.

FAQs

How Long Do You Ship?
We usually take 3 days to produce, and about 10 days for shipping, so for the normal delivery time is 14 days. But for the shopping season and busy working times, it will be extended by an extra week which to 21 days, so the shipping time is 14-21 days.
Of course, we ship worldwide (excluding Argentina, Arabia, Iceland). If you are unsure if the region is supported please contact us.
We do not accept returns on any toys unless defective or still completely sealed in their original packaging. Any returns received that do not comply with the above terms will be refused. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Of course, our products are packaged with a brown box and without any words or pictures on it.
