- Due to the nature of the product, we will not offer return service for reasons including, but not limited to:
- After confirming the details of the order, the product is considered unsuitable (wrong judgment of size or hardness, etc.). Or do not like the color of the product after receiving the products.
- Products that are lost, stolen or damaged after receipt.
- Dissatisfied with the color of the customized order. Please verify the content of the custom color before placing an order to avoid situations like this because our toys are handmade and the creation of each toy is unique.

- If you find the product is damaged or defective within 2 days after receiving the package, please contact our service team promptly. We will always do our best to resolve any problems or replace any defective product within 24 hours.
