There are many monsters lurking in the forest, and they often destroy the balance of the ecology and threaten the tranquility of this pure land.
In the Frostwhisper Forest, there is a lonely and powerful guardian, Centaur - a legendary creature of half man and half horse. He is the messenger of the forest and the defender of ecological balance. Centaur's figure shuttles between ice and snow all year round, and every step he takes seems to be integrated with this land. Ice and snow are his allies, and the cold wind is his eyes and ears.
Ice Hunter's Mission
Centaur's mission is to hunt the monsters that threaten the forest. His weapon is an ancient and mysterious bow and arrows, which is not only a symbol of power, but also a bond between him and the Frostwhisper forest. Whenever Centaur finds prey, he will pull the bowstring steadily, and the arrow will gradually be wrapped in frost in the cold breath, forming an ice arrow shining with cold light.
When the ice arrow is ready to be launched, the air around it seems to freeze. Centaur's eyes are as sharp as an eagle, and every shot he makes is extremely accurate. When the arrow is released, it will absorb the cold breath in the forest, gather into a point of cold light, and penetrate the prey with lightning speed. The moment the arrow cuts through the space, the ice crystal fragments left behind float in the air, as if playing a dirge for the departure of the prey.
The Final Tribute
When the Frost Arrow hits the target, the icy breath will quickly cover the prey's body and freeze it. Centaur's arrows never make the prey feel pain, but let them leave peacefully in the embrace of ice and snow. Afterwards, the prey's body will gradually melt and merge with the ice and snow of the Frostwhisper Forest. This is Centaur's final respect for every life and his deep love for the forest.

Order Cancellation
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Customers must contact us within 2 calendar days of order placement to request cancellation or modification.
- Not yet produced: Full refund issued.
- Produced but not shipped: Cancellation permitted with a 50% fee of the order total; 50% refund issued.
- Shipped: Cancellation and refund not permitted.
Cancellation requests must include the order number and be sent to help@swisok.com.
Returns and Refunds
To protect customer health, privacy, and product integrity, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are provided only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival and significantly impairs functionality.
- Eligible: Full refund or free replacement if reported with clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
- Not eligible: Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., color variance, size deviation ≤1 cm), or any product that has left our warehouse (considered “used,” regardless of packaging condition).
All claims require retention of original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
We fulfill our obligation once the package is transferred to the carrier.
- Package lost in transit: Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number. We supply tracking documentation only.
- Incorrect delivery address: Customers are responsible for ensuring address accuracy at checkout. In-transit address changes must be coordinated with the carrier. No refund will be issued for misdelivery.
We assume no liability for carrier delays, loss, or misdelivery, and no refunds will be granted under these circumstances.
Size Discrepancies
All measurements are taken manually and may vary by ±1–2 cm, particularly along the longitudinal axis, due to manufacturing processes. Such variances are within normal tolerance and do not constitute grounds for refund.
Customers requiring precise dimensions are encouraged to contact support for verified measurements prior to purchase.
After-Sales Service
Quality defects occurring under normal use (e.g., breakage, functional failure) are covered only if reported within 7 calendar days of receipt.
- Required evidence: Unboxing video and detailed photos of the defect.
- Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, modification, or accident; claims submitted after 7 days.
